Station Square is a condo community in Arlington, VA comprising three separate addresses, all high-rise brick buildings, at:

1205 N Garfield St

1220 N Fillmore St

1201 N Garfield St

all in Arlington, VA 22201.

Completed in 2006, it is conveniently located very close to Clarendon metro and all the shops, restaurants, and amenities of the area.  There are 309 units, with one building (Fillmore St) being ‘mixed use’, meaning it has both residential units as well as commercial units.  The commercial space is currently occupied by Gold’s Gym and other local businesses. Clarendon hosts a weekly Farmer’s Market nearby on Wednesday afternoons.  In addition to the commercial space on the ground floor, there are several residential units that occupy the ground floor which have their own private entrances, a nice perk for those who like the feel of a house but long for the convenience of a condo.  Units on the first 4 floors have loft-like architecture.  The buildings have a wide variety of floorplans available.  Most units have garage parking, and some have additional storage units.  The community is pet friendly, but is limited to just one per unit.

Nearby in Clarendon are some of Washingtonian’s 100 Best Restaurants including Liberty Tavern, Restaurant 3, Eventide, Rays the Steaks and Minhs, as well as other popular restaurants like the new Northside Social, Harry’s Tap Room, Faccia Luna, Mexicali Blues, Boulevard Woodgrill, Whitlow’s, and the new Lyon Hall.  Shopping opportunities abound nearby in Market Commons (Pottery Barn, Ann Taylor Loft, Crate & Barrel, Barnes & Noble, and others) and of course, the Whole Foods is just a block away.  The Clarendon Alliance promotes the health and vitality of the Clarendon area.
