As sellers are getting their homes ready to go on the market, we often get asked what color they should paint their house. While we normally recommend neutral colors, as it appeals to a broad spectrum of buyers, we also like to see what colors are the most popular for the year. Some of these colors are a bit bold for resale, but may give you ideas for your own house! Our favorites are the the grays and off white.
