Neighborhood Spotlight: Hyde Park

Hyde Park is a luxury condo community located just four blocks from the Ballston Metro station. It is also Ballston’s first condominium. Originally built as luxury rental apartments, construction of Hyde Park began in 1972, and the 12-story building opened in 1974.
